It is worth noting that the company had previously announced on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website on 21-01-2025 that it had received the award approval, and stated at that time that the financial impact of the project was anticipated to appear during the second quarter of the fiscal year 2025.
However, due to the delay in completing the electronic contract signing procedures between both parties and issuing the final contract copies through the platform, the financial impact has consequently been postponed to the second quarter of the fiscal year 2026.
