Reference is made to the announcement of the Scientific and Medical Equipment House Company published on 12-10-1444 AH corresponding to 02-05-2023 AD regarding inviting its shareholders to attend the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (the first meeting), which will be held, God willing, at (19:30) on Thursday, 05-11-1444 AH corresponding to 25-05-2023 AD, via means of modern technology (remotely online).
The Company would like to remind its valued Shareholders that electronic voting on the agenda items of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting) will be available to shareholders registered on (Tadawulati) website starting from (01:00) am from the morning of Sunday 01-11-1444 AH corresponding to 21-05-2023 AD, until the end of the Ordinary General Assembly’s session.
